Who needs a seat?
Each person who books calls or sends booking links from Pipedrive with Meetvi. Teammates who only see the calls on their deals do not need one. Meetvi's settings show how many people did in the last 30 days.
What happens when more people start booking?
Meetvi adds a seat for each new person, at €5 a month, and emails whoever pays. The share for the rest of the month is on the next invoice. Nobody is ever stopped from booking a call.
Can I lower the number of seats?
Yes, in Meetvi's settings, down to the number of people who booked calls or sent booking links in the last 30 days. The lower price applies from your next monthly invoice.
What happens when the trial ends?
We email whoever set up Meetvi a week before and on the last day. After that, booking new calls from Pipedrive pauses until you subscribe. Cancelling calls and keeping deals up to date keep working, so nothing is left hanging.
How do I subscribe or cancel?
In Meetvi's settings in Pipedrive, in the Plan section. Payment is by card through Stripe, monthly. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for; there are no refunds for part months.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices exclude VAT and similar taxes where they apply; Stripe adds them at checkout.
How does the early-adopter price work?
The first 20 companies to subscribe pay €5 per person a month, instead of €9 for the first person and €5 for each extra. It is applied automatically when you subscribe, covers seats you add later and stays for as long as your subscription runs, even if our prices go up. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the normal price applies.
Do I need a paid Calendly plan?
Yes, Standard or higher, billed by Calendly. Calendly only lets apps book calls and send booking updates on its paid plans.
Do you offer yearly billing or invoices?
Not yet. Stripe sends a receipt for every payment. Write to info@quadstudio.ch if you need something else.
