Terms of service

The rules for using Meetvi, in plain words.

These terms are between Quad Studio Gjini, a sole proprietorship of Erkens Gjini, Micafilstrasse 12, 8048 Zürich, Switzerland (UID CHE-349.274.675) ("we") and the company that installs or uses Meetvi ("you"). By installing or using Meetvi you accept them; whoever installs it confirms they may accept them for the company. Meetvi is for businesses, not consumers.

1. The service

Meetvi connects your Pipedrive and your Calendly (and, if you choose, your Zoom) so your team can book, move and cancel calls from Pipedrive and keep deals up to date. You need your own Pipedrive account and a paid Calendly plan; their own terms apply to them. Meetvi is an independent app, not made by Pipedrive or Calendly.

2. Trial, prices and payment

  • Your company gets one free trial of 30 days, starting at its first install. No card is needed.
  • After the trial, booking new calls needs a subscription. Cancelling calls and keeping deals up to date keep working without one.
  • The price is on the pricing page: today €9 a month for the first seat and €5 for each further seat. It is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and excludes VAT and similar taxes where they apply.
  • A seat is one person who books calls or sends booking links from Pipedrive with Meetvi. You choose the number of seats when you subscribe; it cannot be lower than the number of people who did so in the last 30 days. When more people do than you have seats, we add the seats needed and tell whoever pays by email; the share for the rest of the month is charged on the next invoice.
  • You can lower the number of seats, down to that number, or cancel at any time in Meetvi's settings. Fewer seats cost less from your next billing month. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. We do not refund part months.
  • Early adopters: the first 20 companies to subscribe pay €5 a month per seat, for every seat, including seats added later, for as long as their subscription continues without interruption. Price changes do not apply to them. If the subscription ends, the offer ends with it.
  • If a payment fails and Stripe cannot collect it, booking new calls pauses until it is paid.
  • We tell you about price changes at least 30 days before they apply to you; they apply from your next billing month after that.

3. Your data

Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide Meetvi, as described in the privacy policy and in section 4. When you uninstall, Meetvi's access ends at once and your data is deleted within 30 days.

4. Data processing

For the personal data of the people you book calls with, you are the controller and we are your processor (Art. 28 EU GDPR, Art. 9 Swiss FADP). We:

  • process it only to provide Meetvi, following these terms and your settings, which are your instructions;
  • keep it confidential and protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures, described in the privacy policy;
  • use only the sub-processors listed in the privacy policy, and tell you at least 30 days before adding one, so you can object or stop using Meetvi;
  • help you answer requests from the people concerned and meet your own obligations, as far as we can;
  • tell you without undue delay if we learn of a breach affecting your data;
  • delete the data when you uninstall, as set out in the privacy policy, and give you the information you reasonably need to check that we keep to this section.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to book calls with your contacts and to pass their details to Calendly.

5. Fair use

Use Meetvi lawfully. Do not book or contact people where the law requires their consent and you do not have it, and do not try to break, overload or copy the service.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Meetvi available and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted: it depends on Pipedrive, Calendly, Stripe, Cloudflare and, if you use it, Zoom. We may improve and change features. If a change takes away something important that you pay for, we tell you at least 30 days before.

7. Liability

Meetvi is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, lost deals or missed calls, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling Meetvi. We can end the service for you with 30 days' notice, or at once if you seriously breach these terms. What happens to your data is in section 3.

9. Changes to these terms

We announce changes at least 30 days before they apply, on this page and by email to the customers whose address we have. If you keep using Meetvi after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can uninstall it.

10. Law and courts

Swiss law applies, without the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts of Zurich, Switzerland, decide any dispute.
