Privacy policy

Meetvi connects your Pipedrive and your Calendly. This page says what we process to do that, why, for how long, and who else is involved.

Who we are

Meetvi is provided by Quad Studio Gjini, a sole proprietorship of Erkens Gjini, Micafilstrasse 12, 8048 Zürich, Switzerland (UID CHE-349.274.675) ("we"). Write to info@quadstudio.ch about anything on this page.

We are responsible (the controller) for the data about our customers' accounts and for this website. For the data about the people our customers book calls with, our customer is the controller and we process it on their behalf (as their processor), as set out in the terms of service.

What we process, why, and for how long

Meetvi asks Pipedrive only for deals, activities, contacts and deal fields (the last to add its Call status fields when you switch them on). It never reads emails, notes or files, and never stores deal values. A reason you give when cancelling a call goes to Calendly, which puts it in its email to the contact, and into the call's activity in Pipedrive; Meetvi does not keep it. We do not sell data, show ads or use your data to train AI.

Legal bases (EU GDPR; the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection works alike): providing the service you signed up for (Art. 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interest in running, securing and improving it (Art. 6(1)(f)), and, as processor, your instructions (Art. 28).

This website

meetvi.app sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Its fonts and scripts are served from meetvi.app itself. To deliver the site and protect it from attacks, our host Cloudflare processes your IP address and the technical logs above. When you book a demo, you go to our booking page on Cal.com, whose own privacy policy applies.

Who else is involved

WhoWhat forWhere
Cloudflare, Inc.Hosting, database, logs and sending our emailsDatabase in the EU; requests are handled in the Cloudflare data centre nearest to the user
Calendly LLCScheduling, in your own Calendly accountUSA
Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.Billing and payments; we never see card numbersIreland, with Stripe group companies including in the USA
Zoom Video Communications, Inc.Only if you connect Zoom, in your own Zoom accountUSA

Pipedrive is your own CRM provider, not ours to choose; its privacy notice covers your Pipedrive data. Where data goes to a country without equivalent protection, such as the USA, the transfer relies on the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Frameworks where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Security

Access tokens and signing keys are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Every message from Pipedrive, Calendly, Zoom and Stripe is checked for a valid signature before we act on it. Only Erkens Gjini has access to the production systems.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, a copy of it, its correction or deletion, a restriction of its use, and object to it; write to info@quadstudio.ch and we answer within 30 days. Uninstalling Meetvi ends its access at once and deletes your data within 30 days.

If you are a contact someone booked a call with, ask that company first: it decides about your data, and we help it answer.

You can complain to a data protection authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the authority where you live or work.

Changes

We announce material changes to this policy at least 30 days before they apply, on this page and by email to the customers whose address we have, such as from billing.
